Dr. Mahesh Chandra is a Career Success Mentor, Author, and Professor at the School of Management & Commerce, Malla Reddy University, Hyderabad, Telangana. With over 25 years of experience across corporate and academic domains, he focuses on bridging management education and industry expectations through Problem-Based Learning methodologies, enabling students to tackle real-world challenges. His mission is to inspire, educate, and prepare one million students by 2030 to become career-ready professionals capable of thriving in a dynamic global business environment.

He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University and an M.S. in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Kuvempu University. Dr. Chandra is also an alumnus of the Faculty Development Program at IIM Bangalore and holds certification as a Career Analyst. He has earned international credentials from T. Harv Eker’s Train the Trainer Program, mentored by Blair Singer (USA), reflecting his global exposure and commitment to lifelong learning.

As a researcher and author, Dr. Chandra has published 15 papers in reputed journals, presented at numerous national and international conferences, and authored four books in business management and technology. His teaching and research interests include Organisational Behaviour, Human Capital Development, and Campus Business Incubation. He also serves as visiting faculty at Nirwan University, Jaipur, and Osmania University, Hyderabad.

A dedicated mentor and academic leader, Dr. Chandra has guided 12 PhD scholars, with six more currently under his supervision. His mentoring philosophy combines academic rigour with practical insights, making him a respected name among both students and peers.

In 2025, he was selected as a Mentor for the Eureka! Junior 2025 Mentorship Program, Asia’s largest business model competition for school students. Chosen from over 2,000 applicants, he mentors young innovators in ideation, prototype development, and entrepreneurial thinking. The same year, he was honoured with the prestigious Dronacharya Award at the Leadership Conclave held at T-Hub, Hyderabad, recognising his outstanding contribution to education, mentorship, and leadership development.

He is also the Founder of the Career Success Hub, a student development initiative offering programs such as Career Success Blueprint, Career Boot Camp, and Career Success Mentoring, which have benefitted more than 3,000 students across India. His flagship Career Clarity Program empowers learners to make purpose-driven career choices and become future-ready professionals.
