Ms Suman Rangabhashyam is a certified facilitator with Capsim Business Simulation(R), USA and has over 15 years experience in management training, staffing, corporate communication, customer services, general management and marketing. She holds an MBA with specialization in Banking, an EMBA with specialization in Corporate Training from Indian Institute of Business Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Public Relations from Madras University, a diploma in Management and Personality Development, Defense Services Staff College-Wellington, Travel and Tourism from GATE, an MA (English) from Osmania University and a diploma in French from Alliance Francaise.

She has been invited to and presented seminars and white papers across a myriad of corporations and functional areas, notably Passion for Success-India, Blueprint of Success-India, Internal Organizational control-USA, Team Building-USA, Handling Multiple Projects-USA and Dealing with Difficult People-USA.

She is currently associated with the training requirements for IL&FS with responsibilities of looking after training for ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, L&T, Alliance Consulting, Infosys, etc. She facilitates Business Simulation Programmes for B-Schools and Corporates with an emphasis on marketing, team building, cross-functional understanding and linking business decisions with finance. She is presently the President, AFWWA(L) Naliya, which includes the management and administration across a wide swathe of the activities in the various ventures undertaken by the non-profit organization. Previously, her work with AFWWA had also included rescue and development activities in Bhuj, after the Gujarat earthquake tragedy on the 26th of January, 2001.
